Project  "PRAGATI"

List (A) of Employees whose Personnel Information Sheet (PIS) has been received at Project "PRAGATI".

Employees whose names are in the above list-A, are informed that their PRAGATI data forms( PIS) have been received at Project- PRAGATI.
All Other Employees whose names are not in the above list(A), are required to send their PIS filled with all details and attach attested photocopy of High School Certificate(in case of officers)/ Service Book Page (for non-officers).Please click here for the format of PIS.

List (B) of Employees whose Personnel Information Sheet (PIS) has been received after Validation/ Verification at Project "PRAGATI".

Employees whose names are in the above list-A but not in the list-B are informed that their PIS forms have been sent to them for validation/ varification but have not been received back after validion at Project PRAGATI. So, they are required to send their PIS after completing all blank fields and proper validation.
Please note if Date of Birth is not in the printed form (PIS), fill it correctly and attach an attested photocopy of High School Certificate(in case of officers)/ Service Book Page (for non-officers).
